Meet Ludacris.
Ludacris is a 3-year-old male French Bulldog with a big personality and an even bigger heart. This compact powerhouse is overflowing with joy, enthusiasm, and love-so much that he can hardly contain himself when he sees you! His favorite place to be is anywhere right next to his person, and personal space is absolutely not on his list of priorities.
Ludacris is house-trained and crate-trained, and he'll happily trot into his crate when asked. At bedtime, he may whine or bark for about 10 minutes after being covered, but then he settles in and sleeps soundly until morning. He already knows how to sit and is extremely food-motivated-just say the word treat and he's ready to work for it!
He's a playful little guy who enjoys a good game of keep-away, even if fetch isn't really his thing. He's full of happy energy and is settling into his foster home with an upbeat, curious attitude. The resident cats, however, are still deciding how they feel about him-he's a bit enthusiastic for their liking, but with time and patience, they may warm up. He will probably do best in a home with no cats.

Adoption fees are based on the breed, health, age, and behavioral status of each dog. All dogs are microchipped, spayed or neutered, vaccinated, flea/worm treated and have had a wellness exam before becoming adoptable. If you are interested in adopting a BHNW dog, please fill out the online application. If you are matched to the dog you are interested in or another dog in our program, you will be contacted by the foster family. Prior to adopting, there is a mandatory home evaluation to ensure your home and family are ready for that dog. We require a contract for all adoptions and there is a two-week trial to ensure a good match. If for any reason you can no longer care for the dog you adopted from us, that dog must be returned to our program.
