My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

When you dream of a dog, are they a lovebug? Are they always happy to accept cuddles and pets? Then Angus is the dog for you! Angus is a 10-month-old Australian Cattle Dog mix, recently transferred from Tulare County Animal Services. In his short time here, Angus has been loving getting tummy rubs and kisses from his volunteer BFFs!

At 10-months-old, Angus is still a puppy! He may get excited to see you and jump up but he`s smart and is learning what humans prefer. I don`t know about you, but Angus is ready to find his cuddle-on-the-couch companion. He`s ready to be by your side in every moment that you need him and provide you with all of the emotional support and love you could need.

Come meet Angus today and learn the meaning of the word, `lovebug!`

More about this shelter

Founded in 1868, The SF SPCA is a community-supported nonprofit dedicated to saving, protecting and caring for cats and dogs. We do this through immediate care of animals that are homeless, ill or in need of an advocate, but we also work to educate the community, reduce the number of unwanted kittens and puppies through spaying/neutering, and improve the quality of life for animals and their companions.
