My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This dog`s adoption fee has been generously sponsored!

Who needs Mickey when you have Minnie? Minnie is a 10-month-old Pitbull mix brought over from our neighbors over at SF Animal Care and Control. Full of love and smiles, this girl really likes making friends.

This big, loud world and all of the big, loud people in it can be a bit nervewracking to this sweet girl so she wants you to go slow with her and be ready to get on her level to get all of the love! Then, she loves play and cuddles galore and is ready to blast off as she darts around the park.

Minnie is looking for a home who will go slow with her as she builds confidence in her new area and help teach her how to be the politest pup she can be. She knows her smile will win your heart, come meet her and see it!

More about this shelter

Founded in 1868, The SF SPCA is a community-supported nonprofit dedicated to saving, protecting and caring for cats and dogs. We do this through immediate care of animals that are homeless, ill or in need of an advocate, but we also work to educate the community, reduce the number of unwanted kittens and puppies through spaying/neutering, and improve the quality of life for animals and their companions.
