Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi there! My name is Honey Bun :honey_pot::dog: and I have a story that starts a little rough—but ends with so much hope.
I was found covered in oil, curled up and scared under a tractor. A very kind hooman rescued me and made sure I got the help I needed, & eventually I made my way to this wonderful shelter. From there, I was able to spend time in loving foster homes, where everyone got to learn all about my fun, sweet, and very social personality so I can find the most perfect forever home.
Now that you know where I came from, let me tell you who I am today—because I’m as sweet as my name suggests! I’m a happy, bouncy puppy who can’t wait to leap right into my furever home with a loving family. I LOVE dogs and think I’d thrive in a home with one (or two… or three!) canine friends to play with and learn from. Cats get me a bit too excited, though, so a kitty-free home would be best for me.
I love kids and playing with them, but I’m still learning my size and manners—I just get so excited! I’m also a proud social yapper who loves to talk and would be happiest following you around the house like a curious little shadow. I always want to know what you’re up to and be part of the fun.
I’m very much still a puppy, which means I have lots to learn. Training would be a great addition to my life and help me grow into the best girl I can be. I think I’d make an amazing adventure buddy, loyal companion, and best friend.
I love love, I’m ready for my next chapter, and I can’t wait to have a family of my very own.
Could that be you? :yellow_heart::feet:
