Here's what the humans have to say about me:
F - 10 years old - Chihuahua Mix -
Agnes is a sweet old girl who hopes to spend her golden years in a warm, comfy home full of love and joy. She's not a very hyper or active girl, but you'll get a glimpse of her youthful days when she finds human food, and she'll surprise you with her newfound vigor to steal it from your plate.
Due to her age, she will need to be on joint supplements and have her knees checked regularly by a veterinarian. She likely has high-grade luxating patella's, but at her age and because it's a very costly surgery, it may not be something that can be fixed. However, she is able to move and take walks, you just may need to pick her up when she gets tired.
She does well with small, calm dogs, but can't be around large dogs because she's very afraid of them. She's fine with cats, and doesn't really interact with them. Her favorite toys are plush toys, but she does enjoy a stuffed Kong too!
ADOPT
