Mother Theresa was found struggling to survive outside by neighbors with her five babies after her caretaker passed away. She was the most amazing momma, and while they lived a difficult life for a few weeks, she kept her babies completely healthy and was so happy to be rescued and brought into safety! Now her babies have all gone to their forever homes, it’s Momma’s turn to be her own kitty again. Theresa would do well solo or with other pets, particularly cats, and gentle older children. She would prefer a quieter home where she can relax. Mother Theresa has little bit of a hard time with strangers, so will need an adopter who can be patient while she comes out of her shell. All our cats and kittens are spayed or neutered, tested for FeLV/FIV, FVRCP vaccinated, dewormed, and microchipped.
All of our kittens must go to homes where they will remain inside 24/7.

Toni, our founder, started fostering underage kittens that came into the local municipal shelter in 2000. By 2003 she had a network of foster parents and was saving many little lives so she became a non-profit. As of 2023 we are no longer with the shelter and are on our own. We have only one part-time employee and a dedicated group of fosters. All our kittens are vaccinated and spayed/neutered and receive all necessary medical care while in our care. We taken in strays from our partner trappers and from high-kill and over-crowded shelters, specializing in neo-nates and kittens under 6 weeks.
