From the foster: Meet Ben puppy (946)
Ben is a gentle, mild-mannered puppy with the sweetest soul. He loves to cuddle and will happily melt into your arms, quickly calming down when held. A bit timid at first, Ben is curious and playful once he feels comfortable, and his incredibly soft fur makes every snuggle even better. His loving, sweet personality is the kind you’ll fall in love with instantly.
Ben is very curious and inquisitive, always interested in what’s going on around him and especially intrigued by new toys. He enjoys exploring at his own pace and taking everything in.
He feels safest and most secure in his crate and does very well using it as his cozy retreat. He’s currently learning to go potty outside and is making great progress. He is not a biting puppy at all and is wonderfully quiet—we’ve rarely heard him bark.
Ben enjoys playing outside, but when he’s ready to come in, he’ll politely let you know by heading to the door. With his calm nature, gentle play style, and affectionate heart, Ben would make a truly wonderful family dog and a loyal, loving companion.

Colorado Puppy Rescue is a 501(c)3 no-kill rescue for young puppies. We accept puppies from kill-shelters in southern CO, NM,TX, OK and KS. Most of our puppies are mixed mutts under 12 weeks old, some are as old as 6 months. We do not have a shelter. All of our puppies stay in foster homes so the only time they are available for adoption is at our adoption events. We average 20 puppies a week and update our website with available puppies Friday afternoons.
