My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lexie is an affectionate, ball-loving sweetheart estimated to be around 8 years old. Despite a difficult past, she remains trusting, gentle, and eager to love. She enjoys walks, chasing a ball, and curling up next to her favorite person — she’s a true couch companion.

Lexie would do best as a solo dog, where she can soak up all the attention, but she does well with cats and previously lived peacefully with several. She is housebroken, walks well on a leash, and rides nicely in the car.

Lexie is currently recovering from a flea-related skin infection and improving daily in foster care. She’s ready for a calm, loving home where she can finally feel safe and cherished.

More about this rescue

We are a 501c3 non-profit animal rescue. We mostly rescue cats, but occasionally we are able to take in a dog or two. We do not discriminate against which cats and kittens we help, so we may have felines with special needs, or FIV. We will always be up front if we know a cat has something specific. A lot of our rescued animals come from Eastern Washington as there are little resources there.
