Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Atlas is a sweet, adventurous girl with a heart as strong as her name suggests. She came to us alongside her mama, Mami, after a very scary start to life. Atlas arrived with a high fever and faced early medical challenges, but with supportive care, antibiotics, and time, she has completely turned a corner. Today, Atlas is thriving, curious about the world, and full of affection. She loves to explore and then curl up for snuggles, making her the perfect mix of playful and loving. Atlas is ready to leave her rough beginning behind and start a happy new chapter in a forever home.

Adoption Info:
Our cat adoption fee is $110 and includes their spay/neuter surgery, microchip, age-appropriate vaccinations, and preventatives. You can find our adoption questionnaire at agcshelter.org/adopt-one

Submit Application

We have a short questionnaire that can be filled out before or during the meet and greet. We do not use the questionnaire to "approve".

Interview

We utilize conversational adoption. This may happen during the meet and greet or via phone before a meet and greet.

Our cat adoption fee is $110, $150 if you adopt a pair, and our dog adoption fee is $150.

You can bring your own carrier or we can provide a cardboard carrier for an additional $5.

Additional adoption info

Our adoption process is meant to reduce barriers to adoption. We have a simple questionnaire that does not determine if the adopter is "approved" or "denied" and then we have a conversation about their lifestyle, home environment, and what they are looking for in a pet.

Go meet their pets

Come meet our cats and dogs Tuesday through Friday from 1pm to 4pm in our open-concept adoption space! Here, you can sit and spend time with our kitties in a relaxed environment to get to know each personality. We have a meet and greet room for our doggies, so you can spend time with them in a larger space or walk with them outside!

All God's Creatures (AGC) is a community-oriented non-profit, established for the welfare of animals and people. We are a brand-new animal shelter in Henry County. We believe our shelter and volunteer programming will give hope, purpose, and friendship as we connect paws and people. AGC is dedicated to providing our animals with quality care in a fear free environment.
