Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Lancelot may be 10 years old, but he has the energy of a kitten and affection of a lap dog! Lancelot was adopted in 2019 but was found as a stray around August 2025.
He was frightened in the shelter, but has grown into a lovable, confident cat in foster care. He loves to play with string and feather toys, and he goes especially nuts for any little animal toys. Lancelot loves attention and pets whenever there's someone around—he loves to sit in your lap while you're doing work or playing games and will do whatever he can do to spend time with you.
Lancelot is a very special cat that will give all his heart to whoever is willing to take the time to see him grow out of his shell and earn his trust. Potential adopters should also note that he eats very fast and cannot drink out of regular water bowls, so he will need a slow feeder as well as a water fountain.

This cat is currently located in a PAWS foster home. Please email their foster parent at aguila.roseamelia@gmail.com to learn more about them! In order to meet with any cats in foster care, you will need to have a fully processed and approved application first. To get the adoption process started, please submit an adoption application online at phillypaws.org/catapp. If you have any questions for our adoption team, feel free to email adoptions@phillypaws.org or call 215-238-9901 ext.30.
