Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Seal Boy is an 8-month-old male Chihuahua mix with a sleek black and brown coat and the softest, kindest eyes—eyes that clearly say he’s ready to give and receive all the love he can. This sweet boy is still very much a puppy, full of joy, curiosity, and enthusiasm for life.
Seal Boy LOVES to play, especially with stuffed toys. His signature move? Grabbing one and thrashing his head wildly like it’s the greatest prize on earth—it’s impossible not to laugh. He enjoys playing with other dogs too and does best with pups closer to his size, as larger dogs can still be a bit intimidating for him.
Around people, Seal Boy gets adorably excited. He’s prone to jumping and will sometimes pop right up on his hind legs just because he’s so happy to see you. He’s learning his manners, though, and every so often he’ll surprise you by sitting patiently like a little gentleman, waiting for pets. He’s affectionate, loves to give kisses, and is working on keeping his puppy mouth to himself—after all, he’s still learning.
Once playtime is over, Seal Boy has an off switch. He’s known to crash wherever he happens to be and curl up into the tiniest little ball for a well-earned nap. He gets along well with other dogs, cats, and kids, making him a wonderful candidate for many types of homes.
Potty training and crate training are still a work in progress, but with consistency and patience, this smart, eager-to-please pup will continue to improve. Seal Boy would thrive in a home looking for the perfect balance of playful energy and people-focused affection—a home ready to guide a loving puppy into the amazing dog he’s meant to be.
