Navi is what happens when a dog checks all the boxes and then politely waits for you to notice. He's a sweet, gentle gentleman who's smart, handsome, and absolutely aware of both. He loves being with his people and takes his role as your sidekick very seriously - loyal, attentive, and always ready to see what's next on the agenda.
He knows his basics, walks nicely on leash, enjoys a solid game of ball, and gets along well with other dogs. Navi has that unicorn-level energy: fun but not wild, calm but not boring, and easy in a way that makes everyday life smoother. He'd be a great fit for a family or individual looking for a smaller, easygoing companion who slips right into your routine and makes it better. Adoption viewing hours are from 8:00an-4:30 pm Monday-Friday and Saturdays 12pm-2pm. You must have a valid drivers license to apply. We do not do home checks. Adoption fees are $35 for dogs/pups, $25 cats/kittens and $150 for horses.
Effective Monday, August 17,2015, LAFAYETTE ANIMAL SHELTER & CARE CENTER will begin accepting VISA, MASTERCARD and DISCOVER credit cards. There will be a 2.5% surcharge/convenience fee added to your total. This fee is not greater than our cost of acceptance.
Adoption viewing hours are from 8:00an-4:30 pm Monday-Friday and Saturdays 12pm-2pm. You must have a valid drivers license to apply. We do not do home checks. Adoption fees are $35 for dogs/pups, $25 cats/kittens and $150 for horses.
