When Rocky’s original owner could no longer care for him, he experienced some neglect—but thankfully, that chapter is firmly behind him. In his foster home, Rocky is being showered with affection, and he is soaking up every cuddle, scratch, and kind word like it’s his full-time job.
Rocky does have some skin allergies and chronic dry eyes, but both are easily managed and don’t slow him down one bit. What truly defines Rocky is his gentle, loving nature.
