We may require a vet reference if you have previously owned a pet, or you may be ask to participate in a quick and simple dog care class and/or volunteer here at the shelter for support. We also provide virtual adoptions for our sanctuary division animals who remain here but you get to visit, get updates via internet, and you help provide necessary provisions just for that particular animal, so if you cant have one where you live but still want to be a part of something very rewarding and heartfelt this option may be for you.
