My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Jennings, a handsome red-and-white beagle mix with a sweet, innocent spirit. At just 4 months old and 29 pounds, he’s still such a little guy—curious about everything, eager to be loved, and ready to discover what a real forever home feels like. Jennings is coming to us from Kentucky, hoping his journey leads him straight into the arms of someone who adores him.

He’s up to date on his vaccines, but his future family will need to continue his age-appropriate shots and have him neutered when he’s old enough. Jennings has that classic beagle charm—gentle, loving, and always looking to you for reassurance and affection. With guidance, patience, and a cozy place to grow, he’ll blossom into a devoted companion.

If you’re ready to give Jennings the home and heart he deserves, apply for adoption today at https://peace4paws.org/adoption-application from your laptop or computer.

More about this rescue

Peace4paws is a 501 (c) 3 non profit public charity centered in Northern New Jersey. Through our foster home system, we are able to support the rehoming and adoption of dogs from kill shelters as well as facilities of research and related fields. Founded in 2007, our initial mission focused on supporting sanctuary and forever homes for animals retired from use in research and related fields. In the past few years we have broadened our scope of rescue. We continue to help our own retired research animals and independent sanctuaries but also save shelter dogs. We are able to do this work through the efforts of our volunteer network and generous donors. Please see our website or facebook page "Peace4Paws" to meet our adoptable dogs, success stories or volunteer opportunities. We organize fundraising events centered around yoga, music, health, or animal friendly activities. We are also involved with student outreach and education. We would love to work with you.
