Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Peanut! 🐾
Peanut is one happy, sweet, and resilient pup with a heart full of love. He absolutely adores people and gets along wonderfully with other dogs. Despite a rough start, Peanut’s gentle and joyful spirit truly shines.
Peanut was found as a stray and taken to a local shelter, where he narrowly avoided being placed on the euthanasia list. He was pulled by another rescue and quickly adopted, but sadly was let down when his adopter stopped responding and never followed through with care or records. Thankfully, we were able to track down his history and welcome this special boy safely into our rescue.
For a teenage pup, Peanut is incredibly well-mannered. He knows how to sit, is eager to learn more, and is very treat-motivated, especially when paired with “good boy” praise! He enjoys car rides, walks nicely on leash, and loves spending time with his people.
Peanut is both house-trained and kennel-trained and would make a wonderful family dog or the perfect best friend for a human and or canine companion. He’s ready for a fresh start and a forever home that will love him the way he deserves.
