Milo is an adorable one-year old male mixed breed dog who was brought to the HSOV on December 11, 2025 by the Washington County Ohio Dog Warden who picked him up on Drag Strip Road in Belpre Ohio. Milo was not wearing a collar, and he was not microchipped.
This little sweetheart has a brown-and-white wispy medium-haired coat, short bowed front legs, a long tail, and a beautiful face with brown 'teddy bear' eyes, black shading, a white muzzle with cute black freckles, and short 'horizontal' ears.
Milo appeared to have a rather shy, quiet personality when we took these photos of him on December 12th in his large floor crate. He 'sat pretty' and posed nicely for pictures in the corner of his crate. Milo seemed captivated by the camera lens and made direct eye contact for all of his glamour shots.
Milo is a petite young man who weighs 21 lbs.
In compliance with the Ohio Revised Code, Milo was held for the mandatory three-day stray hold so that his family would have an opportunity to reclaim him with proof of ownership. Surprisingly nobody called or came looking for this awesome boy. We hope that someone might still recognize Milo or know where he calls home.
We'd love to know this little cutie pie's story along with the possible breeds in his ancestral background!
