Beatrice the beautiful is a sweet but somewhat shy girl initially. She feels better in the company of her friend Dora though, who's more outgoing.
Beatrice and Dora are looking for a home together. They came to the shelter because their former owner was facing major health issues that prevented them from keeping their beloved pets. They were described as "lap cats" by their former owners.
Beatrice and Dora have lived with other animals (both dogs and cats), but if there were any resident animals in the home, they'd prefer the type that left them alone (they aren't the "playful" type at this stage in their lives and they don't want to be pressed to change that). They have never lived with children.

Come to appointment, fall in love, fill out basic paperwork (only at shelter) while speaking with adoption counselor

Our adoption requirements are as follows:
Adopters must be at least 21 years of age
We encourage that all members of the family come and visit with the animal (especially children).
Homes that currently own one or more dogs and are looking for another will have to complete a dog meeting to ascertian compatibility.
Adoption fees are as follows:
Cats:
Kittens under 6 months: $175
Cats 6months to 1year: $150
Cats 1year to 8 years: $125
Senior cats 8+years: $50
Dogs:
Puppies under 6 months: $475
Dogs 6months to 1year: $400
Dogs 1 year to 8 years: $325
Senior Dogs 8+years: $150
Rabbits:
Single Bun: $50
Bonded Pair: $75
