History: Chels is a beautiful girl who needed a second chance at a good life. She quickly wriggled her way into our hearts with how sweet and loving she is and she would make a great addition to a lucky home of her own soon!
A Note from the Foster: Sweet little Chels came to rescue and has been a joy from the start! She is an outgoing 13 lb. Westie who is curious, spunky, and is not fearful of people. She sleeps great in her kennel at night and when her humans aren’t home, and keeps it clean. Though not a fan of the cold and snow, she takes care of business outside on a schedule. She loves to snuggle on your lap and watch TV, especially if there are dogs! She does very well on a leash and gets along with our resident dogs.
Chels is dreaming about her forever home and can’t wait to start the next chapter of life surrounded by warmth, love, and lots of snuggles.
