History: Ariella is a beautiful girl who needed a second chance at a good life. She quickly wriggled her way into our hearts with how sweet and loving she is and she would make a great addition to a lucky home of her own soon!

A Note from the Foster: Meet Ariella (Ari) – Your Little Hummingbird Companion 🐾

Ariella, affectionately known as Ari, is a 7-month-old bichonpoo weighing in at a petite 8.4 lbs. This curly-haired cutie is a recent breeder release, and while family life is brand new to her, she’s blossoming more each day with curiosity, affection, and playful charm.

Ari is a bundle of energy wrapped in fluff—her foster family lovingly calls her their “little hummingbird” because she flutters around the house with nonstop enthusiasm. She’s discovering the joy of toys, loves a good game of tag, and is learning how wonderful it feels to be part of a loving home.

Though she’s still a bit shy, Ari is deeply people-oriented. She follows her humans around like a shadow and prefers not to be left alone. She’s especially cuddly when you’re lying down—expect a flurry of kisses and snuggles! She’s most comfortable when you’re on her level, and her transition from zoomies to cuddle mode is adorably conflicted but always heartfelt.

Potty training indoors is going well, and she’s currently learning pellet training. The outdoors still puzzle her, but she’s been brave enough to explore alongside other dogs. Ari would thrive in a quieter home with someone patient and present. Another dog could help show her the ropes, but she’d also do fine as a solo pup with a devoted human by her side.

Her signature look? The cutest floppy ears that stick straight out when she’s happy or curious—pure joy in motion.
