Meet Raine, a young, shy, and sweet dog with a curious nature, currently residing in a local shelter. Despite his timid demeanor, Raine has a gentle soul that warms up quickly to those who offer him a bit of patience and a calm environment. His curiosity makes him an excellent companion for explorative walks and cozy afternoons at home, where he can learn and grow. Raine is ready to find a forever home where he can thrive and share his loving heart. He would make a wonderful addition to any family looking for a loyal friend.

More about this shelter
We are an open admissions shelter, meaning we take in homeless animals regardless of age, breed, health, temperament or lack of space. On average, we take in about 5,500 stray, surrendered and abandoned animals per year including dogs, cats, small mammals, birds and reptiles. We provide adoption services to find safe, happy homes for these pets; and also provide low-cost vaccination and microchip clinics to help safeguard them against illness or being lost forever.
