My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Basketball week would be nothing without a court to play on, and we assure you that this Court is just as indispensable to your life. Mostly cream colored with just the top of his head and tail the color of a toasted marshmallow, this perfect Pomeranian is ready to find his forever home. Court is equally at home zipping around Muttville greeting volunteers and playing with his canine companions as he is snuggled into a blanket in a cozy dog bed, so whether you’re looking for snuggles or spunk, Court has it in spades! We have no doubt that this Court is going to be reserved immediately, so if you want a shot at this perfect pup, come check out Court today!

Their adoption process

1.

Submit Application

Please submit an adoption questionnaire for the mutt(s) you are interested in. We will be in touch within 24 hours to connect!

2.

Meet the Pet

If you know who you're interested in, we'll arrange a meeting in person or virtually. If you're still browsing, come to an adoption event!

3.

Take the Pet Home

If you'd like to adopt we have a short finalization process and then you get to take your new dog home!

Additional adoption info

All of our senior mutts are vaccinated, spayed/neutered, microchipped, and given flea/tick/dewormer medication. Regular adoptions are typically $250, and there is no adoption fee for senior adopters and Hospice adoptions, though we love donations to help pay it forward for the next mutt!

Adoption application

Go meet their pets

If you know who you're interested in, fill out our questionnaire at muttville.org/how_to_adopt and we'll arrange a meeting either at our HQ or virtually with your mutt's foster parent. (Many of our lucky mutts live in foster homes!)

If you're still browsing, stop by our extraordinary new home at 750 Florida St. during open hours Tuesday through Sunday 11am-4pm, or come to an adoption event and meet a lot of dogs at once!
