Kaiser is a beautiful 4 year old German Shepherd with a calm, steady presence and a wonderful temperament. He is well trained and knows how to settle nicely in the home, making him an easy companion who enjoys being close to his people.
Kaiser has joint issues that will require ongoing management, including a home with no or very few stairs and proper pain management for the rest of his life. This is essential to ensure his long term comfort, quality of life and well being throughout his expected normal lifespan for a German Shepherd.

Our adoption process involves completing a one-page adoption application. Applications are processed within 48 hours.
Adoption fees for cats/kittens are $130.00. All cats/kittens have been wormed, altered, tested for feline leukemia, given age-appropriate vaccinations, and are microchipped.
Adoption fees for dogs/puppies are $300.00 All dogs/puppies have been wormed, altered, tested for heart worm, given age-appropriate vaccinations, and are microchipped.
We also offer our Senior for Senior program matching senior animals to people over the age of 63. Adoption fees are waived for this program.

Based in Rochester MN, the organization is totally driven by volunteers.
Camp Companion is dedicated to providing low-cost spay and neuter services for feral, farm and stray companion animals. The organization is funded solely by donations, fundraisers, grants, and adoption fees. All funds we receive are used for veterinary expenses and the cost of care incurred for the animals waiting for their forever homes.
Through our spay / neuter efforts, we encounter kittens and stray domestic cats that need rescue services and a forever home. We have no shelter, but rely on foster homes to care for these rescued pets. Every animal we offer for adoption is spayed or neutered.
