Jasper is a young male Collie mix with a wonderful blend of intelligence, attentiveness, and curiosity. He is very people-oriented and enjoys being close to his humans, often keeping an eye on what’s happening and wanting to be part of the moment.
With his Collie heritage, Jasper is naturally observant and smart. He thrives with routine and does best when he has both physical activity and mental engagement built into his day. Walks, exploring the yard, learning new things, and interactive play are all right up his alley. After a day of activity, he appreciates time to settle and enjoy quiet companionship.
Jasper forms strong bonds and does best in a home where he can be included as part of the family. He’s a great match for adopters who enjoy working with their dog and are excited to continue helping a young dog build confidence and skills. His affectionate nature and engaged personality make him a rewarding companion for the right home.
Jasper would do best as the only dog in the household, where he can enjoy a predictable environment and focused one-on-one attention. This setting allows him to fully relax, build trust, and thrive.
If you’re searching for a smart, devoted dog who will happily walk beside you through life — Jasper may be the perfect match.
**Apply online — or stop by the Humane Society Tuesday–Saturday from 10 AM–5 PM to meet Jasper!** 🐶💙
