Lune is a handsome, affectionate boy with a gentle soul and a big love for people. He adores human attention and will happily offer headbutts, licks, and sweet little vocalizations to let you know he’s nearby. He’s chatty in the cutest way, with soft, endearing chirps that are sure to make your day!
When he’s feeling playful, Lune truly shines. He loves chasing catnip mice, runs after them with enthusiasm, and even plays fetch by bringing them back for another throw. He has a couple of energetic play sessions each day, balanced by plenty of relaxed lounging time.
Lune has excellent litter box manners and has been a perfect, distinguished gentleman in his foster home.
He is currently experiencing ongoing food challenges. He loves Temptations and churus, but finding a healthy, balanced main meal has been difficult. He doesn't eat wet food and only minimally nibbles at dry food unless it is mixed with churus. He will need a patient adopter who is comfortable closely monitoring his intake and continuing food experimentation to find something he’ll eat consistently.
Lune has an occasional limp in his rear left leg. He can go days without any visible issues, but at times will show signs of discomfort for a few minutes before returning to normal activity. The triggers for these episodes are currently unclear, though he is still able to run, climb, and play normally. He may also have environmental allergies, as he frequently itches his ears despite no visible discharge, redness, sores, or ear wax.
Lune is a gentle, affectionate boy whose soft chirps and sweet little vocalizations are guaranteed to melt your heart. He also has extra toes (polydactyl)!!!

Additional adoption info
Adoption fee is $225 per adult cat, and $300 for kittens (under 8 months old).
This ensures that the cats that come into our care receive the attention they need, are spayed or neutered, and receive a rabies vaccination at the appropriate age. For City of Toronto residents, the adoption fee includes a mandatory City of Toronto cat license that is valid for one year. As you can imagine, these fees only begin to cover our costs; donations and ongoing fundraising efforts carry us the rest of the way!
Note:
-Senior cats (8 years or older) have an adoption fee of the adopter's choice, vs. our standard adult adoption fee of $225.
-Our adoption fee for an adult bonded pair (8 months or older) is $175 per cat vs. $225 per cat. Thanks for giving two loving friends a home together!
