My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Charlie Brown is a handsome boy looking for his loving family. He has striking looks and a big personality that is true to his Akita breed. His big paws, plush coat, and sweet squishy face reflect the large, powerful dog that he will grow into. Charlie Brown will require an experienced dog owner who can set him up for success with training and socialization. He loves to play and his intelligence is obvious at a young age. Due to the breed traits of an Akita, he would likely do best in a single dog home. If he does go home with another dog, they are required to be female to prevent future conflicts. A handout will be provided that discusses the unique traits and needs of an Akita, and we recommend researching the breed to see if he will be a good match for his potential new home.
