RPACI is a non profit rescue, and currently possess our 501C3 to operate as such. Please visit us on Facebook: Rebecca's Paws and Claws in Remlap and our website: www.rpacirescue.org. All dogs from this rescue are transported from Alabama to the New England area and delivered in RI. Each dog will come fully vetted. Price also includes transportation and a Health Certificate as required by law. There is a 100.00 deposit required at the time of adoption to secure the transport crate. The remainder of the fee will be paid once you pick up the dog. Naturally the 100.00 comes off the total owed at pick up. It will be refunded if for any reason you decide you do not want to adopt, unless the transport has already left.with the dog. To get a application please go to:

Meet Buck! 🐾 Buck is a 1-year-old Black Mouth Cur/Shepherd mix with a big personality and an even bigger heart. He’s sweet, affectionate, and has a goofy, funny side that keeps everyone smiling. Buck loves car rides and would be an amazing adventure buddy—whether that’s road trips, hikes, or just tagging along for errands.
He’s friendly and does well with kids and other dogs. Because of his natural instincts, Buck would do best in a home without cats, as he may be tempted to chase. He’s already crate trained and housebroken, making the transition into a new home much easier.
Buck is neutered, fully vaccinated, and ready to find his forever family—one that will love his loyal nature, playful spirit, and handsome good looks.

A potential adopter will submit an application. A vet reference is very helpful and will speed the adoption process along. Once approved, a phone interview will be conducted and the adopter will sign a contract. Transport will then be scheduled to bring the new pet home.
