My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Babs is an approximately 10 month old Australian Shepherd with the cutest little bob tail and beautiful coloring! She came to us as a stray from New Mexico, and is currently in foster in Fort Collins. She is happy and bouncy and will appreciate an active and fun home, possibly with kids and other dogs! She loves her dog friends, but we have not seen her with cats yet. Babs walks well on leash and is kennel trained although she would prefer to sleep on the bed with you!

Babs is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines.

More about this rescue

At Wild West Pet Rescue and Transport, our mission is to relocate pets from the saturated areas of New Mexico, Arizona, and Utah, to areas where there are more opportunities for adoption. We provide safe, compassionate, and effective rescue and transportation services for animals in need. We strive to find loving homes for abandoned, neglected, or displaced pets, focusing on those most at risk of euthanasia and in need of medical care. Through collaboration with shelters, volunteers, and local organizations, we aim to reduce the number of homeless animals and advocate for their well-being.
