This helps Wag On Inn Rescue with pet care costs.
Quinley, a gentle, sweet boy, is part of our owner surrender program and will be neutered on December 22, then placed in foster care in NJ December 26. He was initially fearful and has been known to be an experienced escape artist who cannot be left outside unattended.
Despite this, Quinley is already making progress—after trembling his first night with our rescue partner in South Jersey, he was cuddling and sleeping on the couch by the second. Raised around other dogs, he enjoys their company as he continues to adjust. Quinley will need a secure environment and a patient, home that understands fearful dogs and prioritizes safety while he decompresses. With time, consistency, and calm handling, his true personality will emerge.
If you are interested in Quinley or have questions, please reach out. His temperament and behavior will continue to be updated as his NJ foster gets to know him better.
Quinley is up to date on vaccines and tested negative for heartworm. Quinley is being neutered has a microchip. His adoption fee is $450.
Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training prior to adoption. After all these dogs have been through, they deserve a loving, committed home.
