This loving, playful girl is Ivy, one of our canine residents. She is always up to visit with people and whether they be new to her or old friends she is always up to play and give a few face kisses. She loves to play fetch and could do so for hours. And she is an avid appreciator of walks.
Ivy is estimated to be a 3 year old, mixed breed, and weighs roughly 40 lbs. She is house trained and, aside from a bit of pulling, does well on a leash too. She has done with other dogs though she does display signs that she might not be well suited for a home with cats. Like all of the dogs at Second Chance, Ivy has been vaccinated, microchipped and spayed.

After you submit an application, it is reviewed by our animal committee. This typically takes 2-4 days. When you are approved, our kennel manager will give you a call to set up a meet and greet if it is needed. If the meet and greet goes well, you will pay the adoption fee and take your pet home.
