My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Introducing Ezlynn and Mavery, two sweet young girls who are officially ready to embark on a life filled with pure joy!

These sisters are absolute wiggle-butts who spend their days looking for the next person to shower with puppy kisses. Since they are still in their puppy prime, they are natural friends to everyone they meet, getting along famously with humans and dogs of all sizes (though they haven’t had the chance to meet any cats just yet). ‍

These girls are coming to you already microchipped, current on all their vaccines, and have their spays officially scheduled. Since they are still learning the ropes, they will need patient families to help them master their potty and kennel training. Once their vaccine series is fully complete, they’ll also need a guiding hand (and a few treats!) to learn how to walk politely on a leash.

If you have room in your heart for a lifetime of tail wiggles, Ezlynn or Mavery are waiting for you!

Additional adoption info

In some circumstances, meeting the dog and a home check are done at the same time if the dog is ready to be adopted. We do have conversation with potential adopters prior to them meeting the dog. If they are interested in adopting a puppy who is not ready for adoption (not altered, not UTD, etc) they are able to put a hold on the pup until ready for adoption.

More about this rescue

Pathways for Paws was founded in October 2019. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit, no-kill, animal welfare organization.

Our mission is to make spay/neuter & vaccinations affordable to those in our communities. By achieving this, we will help prevent the neglect & abuse of dogs. All dogs in our care are spay/neutered, given the age appropriate vaccinations and microchipped before going to their FURever families.

We work with rescues & fellow animal advocates to continue growing a network of volunteers and supporters.
