Personality
Stuart is friendly with humans and other dogs, and he’s the perfect mix of playful + laid-back. He enjoys playing, but never in an obnoxious, nonstop way—more like a little fun, then back to lounging like the gentleman he is.
He’s also a big fan of food (who isn’t?), so he’ll need a family that can monitor treats and portions—he’s getting a tiny bit chunky and will happily accept snack donations if allowed.
Dog-to-Dog Style
Stuart gets along great with dog friends. If another dog gets a little too rowdy, he may correct them, but he does it gently and appropriately—like a wise 5-year-old who’s simply saying, “Relax, kid.”
Cuddle Credentials
When the day winds down, Stuart’s favorite place is snuggled up in bed with his person. He’s affectionate, sweet, and makes a house feel like home.
His Story
Stuart came in as a stray about two months ago, and he’s been nothing but a kind, loving soul since. Now he’s ready for his forever family—one that appreciates a well-mannered companion with a soft spot for snacks and snuggles.
