Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Peppermint Bark’s journey hasn’t been an easy one. She came to us all the way from Texas emaciated and terrified, carrying fears from a past we may never fully know. What is clear, though, is just how incredibly brave she is. Beneath her initial shyness is a truly sweet, gentle soul who is learning—day by day—that the world can be kind again.
Despite her rough start, Peppermint Bark’s heart is full of quiet love. With just one gentle meeting, you’ll see glimpses of the affectionate girl she’s becoming. She’s learning to trust, to feel safe, and to open herself up to the love she’s always deserved.
Peppermint Bark dreams of a calm, patient home where she can move at her own pace and continue to blossom. With time, reassurance, and compassion, this resilient girl will reward her people with a bond that’s deep, meaningful, and incredibly special.
If you’re looking to change a life and give a deserving dog the soft landing she’s been waiting for, Peppermint Bark may be the perfect match!
