Sign Adoption Contract
Will you be my valentine? My name is BottleCap and I'm the sweetest valentine you'll meet! I LOVE to give kisses! I like to play tug of war with my foster mom. I love to play hide and seek around the furniture with my foster sisters. I like playing with every kind of toy or just lay around and chewing a bone. My mom and I get the zoomies sometimes and play tag.
I'm just a baby but I'm already crate/house trained and sleep all night in my crate(8+ hours) and I'm an expert at sit!
All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home.
We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application.
We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information.
We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH. If you are outside of this radius, we encourage you to contact your local rescue or shelter.

We perform vet and landlord checks if necessary and will contact you if your application is approved.
Meet the Pet
If approved, a volunteer will bring the dog to your home for a meet & greet and home check.
Sign Adoption Contract
If the adoption representative and you agree the dog is a good fit for your family, you will complete the adoption contract and pay the fee.
