My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Carnival and Circus!

Carnival and Circus are two mixed breed low riders, and have an estimated birthdate of 09/11/2025. They are currently 26lbs and 27lbs and have substantial body mass at this time - they're not obese but they are definitely beefy kiddos.

These two have the personalities of baked beans, they're hilarious and adorable and pretty relaxed for their age. Both puppies successfully underwent a bath upon intake and were absolute cherubs for the process.

We are still getting to know them but anticipate they would do well with other dogs and cats. Each puppy has an adoption fee of $300 and they come home spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and dewormed.

To begin the process, please submit an adoption application at www.murcismission.org

Thank you for checking out our little ladies!

More about this rescue

From the day we could talk we told our pets more than we ever told our parents. We took the long route to see the kitty in the window down the street. We stopped even when we were late to pet the dog. We grew up and we saw what the world does to those who can't defend themselves. We are here to change that.

Ethical rescue, including fully vetting every animal and carefully placing them all into homes matched to their physical and mental needs is what we do.

Respecting all life, both animal and human, while retaining an underlying goal of keeping animals in their homes. and fostering a sense of community between local shelters and rescues is how we do it.
