Dora Seguidora is a precious little lady who had been hit by a car before coming to the shelter. As a result, the poor little puppy had to have a front leg amputated. She recovered well and now runs and plays with the other dogs as well as racing around doing zoomies. Dora was born in April of 2025 and weighs about 9 pounds. She is house-trained and crate-trained. Dora loves attention and is eager to please. She has an adorable personality and is ready to join her forever home.

Adopter has 30 days for 100% refund or exchange for different pet.

Located in the Mission area, Cinderella Pet Rescue, as an all-volunteer organization, schedules appointments for people to meet the animals at the shelter or in a foster home. Additionally pets are taken twice monthly to pet store for adoption events. Dates and locations are posted on our website and Facebook page.

More about this rescue

Formed in 2008, Cinderella Pet Rescue was established to rescue animals from abuse, neglect and abandonment and to help prepare the for adoption. Additionally CPR promotes spay/neuter to reduce the serious homeless pet crisis in the Rio Grande Valley of South Texas. An all volunteer organization, there are normally between 55 and 65 dogs at our no-kill shelter as well as a couple dozen cats. Even more pets are placed in foster homes in preparation for adoption. Not funded by anyone, Cinderella Pet Rescue counts on donations and fundraisers to support the needs of the animals in care, from food to veterinary treatment. More volunteers and foster homes are always needed.
