Approximate Weight: 14 lbs
Gets Along With: Other dogs! Marshall has lived in a foster home cats and has done well. We haven't seen them with kids but we are happy to discuss integration techniques with any potential adopters!
Currently Living at: South Carolina shelter - Marshall needs a foster or adopter to make his way to the DC area
Marshall is Looking For:
Marshall is a 7-year-old male dachshund/Chihuahua mix with a warm brown coat and adorable pointy ears that give him a forever-alert look. He’s entering his golden years and is hoping to find a loving forever home where he can enjoy all the comfort, companionship, and cozy moments he deserves.
This sweet little guy would love a home where he can settle in, relax, and be someone’s loyal sidekick. Marshall is the kind of dog who’s happy just being near his people—whether that’s lounging nearby, keeping you company during quiet evenings, or soaking up gentle affection.
