💙 YangYang’s News Updates: @dungdung0826beige
Meet YangYang🩷
1.) Health Condition
* Not yet spayed.
* Microchipped.
2.) Rescue Story
* YangYang was living at the Gimje City Shelter along with her mother, Ivy, and her siblings. It was becoming more difficult to care for the puppies in the shelter with poor conditions, and they were quickly rescued so they wouldn’t have to spend a long time alone during the Chuseok holidays.
3.) Basic Information
❗ As she is still a young puppy, she may exhibit separation anxiety, mouthing/nipping, whining, disorderly behaviors, howling, or barking. Will require consistent patience and training.
❗ Since her parents are unknown, it is difficult to predict her adult size or shedding level.
* With People: Likes people in general and even approaches strangers. Becomes even more cute and affectionate, following you around once she becomes familiar.
* With Dogs: Gets along well with her foster sibling. They sleep together, and she approaches first to initiate play. Sits quietly if her sibling doesn’t feel like playing. When a new dog barked at her, she got frightened and started shaking.
* With Cats: Hasn’t met cats yet.
* Separation Anxiety: Doesn’t have signs of separation anxiety when either alone or when left with her foster sibling.
* Potty Training: Goes potty indoors and uses potty pads well. She likes bathmats and sometimes makes mistakes, but is constantly being trained.
* Walks: Barely pulls on the leash and tends to follow along behind her handler rather than lead.
* Grooming: Does well with baths, nail trims, brushing, and tooth brushing!
* Car Sickness: Didn’t show signs of car sickness in long-distance car trips.
* Biting: Since she’s still a puppy, she shows her affection by nibbling and may try to chew on things.
* Barking: Whines when she wants something, such as wanting to go up on the sofa.
* Dislikes: Gets frightened by loud noises and hides.

All our dogs fly from South Korea to the US when their adoptions are finalized so the adopters cannot go through "meet and greet."
But once applicants pass zoom interview, we will connect adopter to foster team for the most up to date news as well as photos and videos. The adopter can post any questions and can make video call as well.
Please hold our dog's hands so that they can forget about the painful past and live happily.

More about this rescue
ADOGS(Adopt Dogs), a non-profit organization, is an abandoned dog foster/adoption organization launched by an individual volunteer group that has rescued, fostered, adopted dogs since 2018.
We are conducting rescue, foster, adopt from South Korea rural shelter. We also rescue dogs irregularly from illegal dog farms or any other places that need help.
We rescue large and small dogs of all breeds, including dogs with special needs.
Although we can't save all abandoned dogs in the world, we are doing our best to the dogs in front of us so that their lives can be changed like any other pets.
In expanding our search for adoption leads, we’ve broadened our mission: To bring at-risk dogs across the Pacific to loving stateside families.
Due to limited demand for large-breed dogs in Korea, arranging for local adoption has proven almost impossible. Instead, we seek to bring these persecuted dogs to the United States where dogs have a higher chance for adoption and survival.
