Hey everyone, you have to meet Billie — a gorgeous, fun-loving girl who is now looking for her forever home..
Billie was born November 10, 2024 and is currently about 32 pounds. Her DNA shows she’s mostly a Boston Terrier / Spaniel mix, with a little bit of other breeds sprinkled in. She’s the perfect size for playing, cuddling, and everyday adventures.
She’s great with children, gets along wonderfully with other dogs, and absolutely loves to play. Billie enjoys going for walks and has a happy, playful personality that makes her a joy to be around. She’s about 90% house trained—just the occasional accident, like most dogs.
Billie’s previous family had her since birth but sadly could no longer keep her, so she’s lost the only home she’s ever known. Now she’s hoping someone special will step in and give her the lifetime of love and security she deserves.
Unfortunately, her family did not keep her on heartworm prevention, and she did test heartworm positive. The good news is she tested negative in May, so the worm load is believed to be very low. Billie will be going through treatment, and this is included in her adoption fee of $225.
Are you ready to take over and give Billie the loving forever home she deserves? She’s ready to steal your heart.

Additional adoption info
We are a RESCUE ORGANIZATION; please complete your online Adoption Application, which can be found on our website. We require an adoption application, vet reference, and a home visit with the pet. ALL of our pets are spayed, neutered or scheduled prior to being adopted. They are UTD on shots, heartworm negative, treated or scheduled to be treated, and micro chipped. They must be kept on heartworm preventative for the rest of their lives. Our adoption fees vary. Puppies have an increased adoption fee since they need three or four sets of shots, multiple de-wormings, and other puppy needs to keep them healthy.

CPR is an animal rescue organization run solely by volunteers. Our primary goal is to save dogs from euthanization at shelters as a result of factors such as a lack of funding and space. These wonderful animals are put at risk because they have no one to claim and adopt them. We aim to give them the second chance that they so deserve. Our animals come to us from shelters around DFW and stay in foster homes where they are given the medical attention (vaccinations, surgeries, heart worm testing, etc) and care that they deserve.
