Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I am Terrence and I know, I know I need a haircut :) --- Santa brought me a giftcard for the spa, going get that done and will update my pics once I am all "fresh", I am just so excited to get my bio out there so maybe I can start 2026 with a new family!

I am two years old and weigh 13 lbs (probably will be 11 after I get my new 'do). I love other dogs, people and snuggling. Toys are a bonus too!! I am crate trained, although I will protest if you are home and I am in my crate, I just want to be your bff. On a regular schedule,my house breaking has been going well (I lived outside until the great rescue peeps came)---speaking of, I love being outside, I will need some practice on the leash, but I know walkies will be my favorite. I love my toys and a kong full of peanut butter makes my life complete.

Everyone MUST submit an application to be considered for adoption

Interview

We will talk to you and your references to get a feel of what you're looking for in a pet and if the particular pet would be a good fit

Home Check

This is required. We want to see where the pet will be living and it gives us an opportunity to meet you!

Meet the Pet

A meet and greet will be arranged after you have been approved as an applicant

More about this rescue

Paws Across Pittsburgh is a 501(c)(3), foster based, non-profit animal rescue located in the Pgh area. Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome homeless, abused and/or unwanted dogs and cats.

We are run solely by volunteers with the goal of providing vet care, socialization skills and nutritional needs while living in a loving foster home. All animals that enter into the rescue will receive appropriate vet care, spay/neuter, vaccinations and preventative treatments.

Our goal is to assure a loving, forever home for each one of our animals. Paws Across Pittsburgh strongly believes in Force Free training methods for our animals.
