Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Zuma, the petite runt of the litter which was born around November 14. This teeny girl is one of 6 that were rescued from the tailgate of a truck with a sign "FREE PUPPIES" on Christmas Eve. A caring woman knew the likelihood of these babies ending up in a shelter immediately after Christmas was great and scooped up the whole litter hoping she could find help! And she did find help with Out of the Woods!
Zuma is the smallest of this litter, weighing in at 3 pounds, half the size of the largest girl! She's got nice, classic markings of black and white and a great personality. We would expect her to grow to be around 30 pounds when full grown. Toys and her siblings are her favorite play things. She, as well as all of this litter, has done amazingly well on their house manners. They have puppy pads available, but rarely use those! They prefer to wait until it's outside time to do their business! :)
Zuma still has a lot of vetting ahead, but has been wormed and given her first shot. We will work with her adoptive family to get all the vetting done and conclude it all around 5 months of age with her spay, rabies and microchip. They are graduating to an exercise pen the day after Christmas to give them more room and more space for more potty training. We believe they will continue to amaze us!

We do not have a shelter. Our pets are being cared for in foster homes. We allow prospective adopters to meet the pet by appointment after we have approved the home to adopt and feel that we have a good match.
