My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

What a sweetie pie! Barry is estimated to be about 5 months old and weighs 31 pounds right now.

Meet Barry, a bundle of playful and gentle joy! He's a leaner and a kisser, always looking to show his love and affection. But don't be fooled by his playful exterior, Barry is also a very gentle and open puppy who just wants to please. He can be a little unsure about some new things as he is just learning to trust, but with your patience and love, he will blossom into the most loyal and loving best friend. He is very curious and seeks affection, so be prepared for lots of cuddles and kisses! With his sweet spirit and gentle nature, Barry is pretty awesome. He just needs an adopter who can dedicate time and patience to help him with positive socialization, build his trust and confidence. Could you be the one to open your heart and home to this wonderful boy? Come meet Barry today and let him steal your heart! He will need a home where any children are at least 8 years old.

If there is another nice doggy sibling in the home, Barry would love to meet them. He has a submissive posture, is all loose and has cute play bows when meeting other dogs. He is very open and interested in interacting. Barry seems like he would make a great second dog.

If you are interested in Barry and are at least 21 years old, please come to our kennel during business hours, make an appointment, or fill out an application at k9stray.com and an adoption counselor will be in touch. We look forward to helping you find your new best friend!

*Please check your lease agreements for breed/weight restrictions prior to applying. We also do not do cat testing, so we do not know how a dog will do with cats. Not all dogs are available to go home on the same day you first meet.*
