My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Meet Macy

Macy is a truly special girl with a heart that loves deeply.

She came to us very pregnant and uncertain, and an X-ray showed she was carrying four puppies. From the moment they arrived, Macy showed the world what kind of dog she is — an exceptional mama. She dotes on her babies, plays with them, watches over them carefully, and makes sure they are always safe and loved.

Macy has an intensity to her affection that is impossible to miss. She will look at you with big, open, soulful eyes — the kind that seem to ask for love while offering all of hers in return. There’s a tenderness about her that tells us she likely didn’t have an easy life, and being abandoned while pregnant only reinforces that. And yet… she still trusts. She still loves. She still opens her heart to people.

That kind of resilience speaks volumes about Macy’s beautiful spirit.

She is sweet, gentle, affectionate, and deeply loyal. Macy will thrive in a home where she can finally be someone’s priority — where her love can be returned in full.

There is going to be a very lucky person or family who opens their heart and home to this remarkable girl.

If Macy’s eyes — or her story — have caught your attention, she is waiting for you.

Payments can be made using our pay pal account or with a certified check or money order.

Besides a phone interview, veterinarian, work and land lord references will be checked; also home visits will be done.

ALL ANIMALS BEING ADOPTED FROM OUR SHELTER WILL BE SPAYED OR NEUTERED, NO EXCEPTIONS!

Our animals will be up to date on all shots. Any medical complications that we are aware of will be disclosed before the adoption.

More about this rescue

Our shelter is located in Harrison, Arkansas. We take in dogs and cats that are unwanted, abused, neglected or abandoned. We care for these animals, give them love, and any medical attention they may need within our means.

Our goal is to ensure that the animals we adopt out will go to loving homes that are suited to their individual personality as well as the home is capable of giving the care our animals deserve.

We stand behind all our animals 100%, if you need guidance or advice once our animals are in your home we are always available. If by chance the adoption does not work out WE WANT OUR ANIMAL RETURNED TO US. There is much love and effort placed in every animal that crosses our path, these dogs and cats are our family, our babies. We will be in touch after the adoption to make sure all is going well. Any pictures or letters to show how things are going is always appreciated.
