My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Please read this post in its entirety. Please acknowledge that you have done so. Your response serves as your preliminary application. Please provide the requested information. I cannot stress that enough. I need more than "I want a dog, live in a house, and will love him/her".

To make sure you know, these lovely companions cannot join a new family just yet. If you are looking to welcome them immediately, we regret that we must decline your inquiry. An ideal family will have a secure fenced yard and live within 50 miles of Josephine County Or.

Pink and Sky of Williams have been well-loved, cared for, and adored. Unfortunately, their mom is very ill. Before she joins her maker, she wants to know her two loves will enjoy the same loving comforts of family and home, of which they are accustomed. We know this is a lot to ask- but they are worth the wait of a patient heart.

Introducing Lady Pink and Sir Sky of Williams. Lady Pink, at 10 years old, wears a luxurious grey coat, weighs approximately 40 pounds, and is a bit more reserved than her devotee, Sir Sky, who is 2 years her junior, weighs approximately 50 pounds, and dons an elegant black coat which shows off his dapper self. These dogs exude gentleness, devotion, exceptional manners, quick recal,l and adoration to each other. They present with the regalness of royalty in every way and prance with heads held high with every expectation of perfection- both given and received. Do not be fooled by their dignified grandiloquence as their playfulness is on display in a NY minute- especially when it is time to toss and fetch the ball of delight.

Lady Pink and Sir Sky of Williams have been well loved and spared no expense in care, medical attention and engagement. All medical records provided. They are spayed and neutered respectively, up to date on shots and vaccines, and they very much enjoy their day at the beauty parlor- which is a must every 5 weeks or so.

Please tell us about you, your family, your activities, your property, the city you live in, other pets in your home, and whatever else puts you on top. The more information about you, the better. What can this companion expect from you, and what are your expectations of him/her? Additionally, we will not meet halfway. Please prepare to meet in person without hurry and be willing to have a home evaluation and viewing of your social media. There is a fee for placement to offset medical and care. Age-appropriate placement is at the discretion of the guardian advocate. Please allow several or more days for a response, as I review inquiries. I appreciate your understanding—Raleigh's Rescue Advocacy. *DNA testing is not performed, and we can only give you an assumed breed or breed mix.

More about this rescue

I am and have been an active guardian advocate for dogs here in Josephine County, Oregon. . The animals under my charge often come from owners who are deceased, entering assisted living, or for some reason have met with a life event that requires placement of the pet.
