This helps San Diego Humane Society - San Diego Campus with pet care costs.
How this pet arrived:
This pet was brought in by their previous owner on December 22, 2025.
Why this pet is the one for you:
Meet Toothless, a 1-year-old Shepherd mix with a big heart, bright eyes, and lots of youthful enthusiasm 🐾💙 This sweet boy is affectionate, people-friendly, and eager to connect. He already knows some basics like sitting and waiting, is mostly housebroken, and is close to being fully crate trained-pretty impressive for such a young pup!
Toothless is an active guy who's still learning how to channel his excitement. He can be jumpy, a little mouthy when overstimulated, and needs continued leash training to help with pulling and enthusiasm on walks. He's curious about the world (including kitties and things on wheels!) and will thrive with positive, consistent training and plenty of mental and physical enrichment.
This handsome Shepherd would do best in a home with time, space, and energy to match his own-where he doesn't have to spend long days crated and can enjoy activities, play, and learning. With guidance and love, Toothless has all the potential to grow into an amazing, loyal companion who's as wonderful as his name is memorable.
At SDHS:
This pet has been vaccinated, microchipped and spayed neutered. This pet is now ready for their new home!
