My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Apollo is charming, FIV+, and ready for adoption right now!
Apollo is a handsome tabby. He is confident, affectionate, easy going and adorable! Apollo gets along with other cats. He would be fine as an only cat, but he wants to have some cuddle time and some play time every day! ❤️
Apollo likes to know what's going on. He makes friends easily, and he will greet your guests at the door 😻 Apollo is mostly a chill, easy going guy. He loves lounging around, and he is also playful.when the mood strikes!
Apollo has been neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. He tested positive for FIV, unfortunately, which is a cat disease that affects the immune system. It is transmitted between cats most often through very deep, bloody bite wounds, but not through normal play nor sharing bowls or litter boxes.
Shelters often adopt out FIV+ cats that are otherwise healthy. With an indoor, relatively stress-free environment, FIV+ cats can live normal healthy lives.
Apollo has a really special personality! He had it rough when he was out on his own, but he is a sweet boy and he is a lover, not a fighter! He will love his family and don't be surprised if your friends visit more often now that Apollo's in the house!

Additional adoption info

The first step in our adoption process is a conversation and if we have a cat that seems like a good fit for the adopter, we proceed to meet the cats.

More about this rescue

Roseville Community Cat Coalition cares for community cats, (feral or homeless cats) in Roseville CA and surrounding areas. We provide "trap neuter return" and other care to community cats, and we rescue tame kittens and cats and try to locate their owners or we get them fixed, vaccinated, microchipped and adopt them into loving forever homes.
