Meet Luna!
She is an older girl. estimated to be 7-8 years old, She was a stray at our local shelter. With no known history, it is hard to say just how old she is. She was in terrible shape, She came to the shelter covered in fleas and hairless on her back and tail from all the itching.
We took her to the vet for meds to addres her skin and complete bloodwork. She checked out well at the vets office with the exception of a dental and some time, she would be good in no time.
We got to watch her blossom in foster care. Improving each day, but really got to see her come to life when she meet Courage, a scared puppy that she look under her "wing" and mothered him. We found out that she can have zoomies and loved to play with toys! But when the puppies were put up for the night, Luna loved to snuggle. She would come up to you and Nudge under your arm to get in close and then just hand out nearby on the couch and just enjoy being near.
She finally got spayed, got her dental with a few teeth removed and if ready for her forever home.
She is good with dogs, cats (maybe). She walks well on leash, knows her commands. Is house trained and crate trained. Luna is a Gem!
adoption fee $300 includes spayed/neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccines, microchipped, and tested negative for heartworms .

Meet the Pet
Adoption is a family decision. We want to meet with everyone in the home including current dogs.
Sign Adoption Contract
If everything works out at the meet and greet, the contract is signed. You agree to keep your dog safe, register their microchip. etc
Take the Pet Home
Often times the pet can go home same day. If you are not ready, let us know we will give you a couple of days to get prepared.
