Meet Babkong🩷
💙 Babkong's News Account: @on.theway_home
1.) Health Status
* Spayed: Not yet.
* Others: Microchipped.
2.) Rescue Story
* Babkong had been staying at the Gimje City Shelter alone since he was a puppy. She was exposed to an epidemic and the sudden cold, so Adogs rushed to rescue her.
3.) Basic Matters
❗Is still a young puppy, so training may be needed because she may have separation anxiety, potty problem, biting, whining, destroying, howling, barking, etc.
❗It is difficult to predict her grown-up size or shedding because her parents are unknown.
* With People: Is a little shy but likes people so much that she snoops around them and gets used to them quickly. Approaches people she knows and acts cute. Exposes her tummy and wags the tail immediately when people reach out to touch her. Basically, trusts people easily and is fearless. Also gets treatment bravely.
* With Dogs: Is a very nice dog! Sends signals to dogs he meets for the first time, as if saying, "Let's play right away." Loves to play with dogs to whom she is familiar! Is not afraid of big dogs, and tends to quite articulate her feeling. However, bites and bothers them, so careful monitoring is needed when playing with friends.
* With Cats: Not confirmed yet because she hasn't encountered a cat.
* Separation Anxiety: Sleeps well even if left alone. Plays with doggy friends or sleeps, while with them. Is a little shy at first with strangers, but gets used to them quickly, and gets comfortable.
* House Training: Has a 90% success rate of the pad. The remaining 10% is to spill over the edge of the pad rather than anywhere else without a pad. Recognizes the exact location of the pad, and only defecates on the pad. Accurately recognizes the pad and defecates even when the environment changes.
* Walk: Hasn't gone for a walk because she hasn't been vaccinated yet.
* Hygiene: Accepts bathing, drying, brushing, and pedicuring without issues.
* Car Sickness: Hasn't had any symptoms of car sickness yet.
* Nip: Tends to bite because it's a ticklish time of teething.
* Barking: Sometimes whines to demand it when asking for play or food.
* Like: Really loves food, so follows people actively when they are holding it! Is not picky but gluttonous, so tends to learn everything quickly.
* Trick: Understands the commands such ad 'sit down', and 'paw'.

All our dogs fly from South Korea to the US when their adoptions are finalized so the adopters cannot go through "meet and greet."
But once applicants pass zoom interview, we will connect adopter to foster team for the most up to date news as well as photos and videos. The adopter can post any questions and can make video call as well.
Please hold our dog's hands so that they can forget about the painful past and live happily.

More about this rescue
ADOGS(Adopt Dogs), a non-profit organization, is an abandoned dog foster/adoption organization launched by an individual volunteer group that has rescued, fostered, adopted dogs since 2018.
We are conducting rescue, foster, adopt from South Korea rural shelter. We also rescue dogs irregularly from illegal dog farms or any other places that need help.
We rescue large and small dogs of all breeds, including dogs with special needs.
Although we can't save all abandoned dogs in the world, we are doing our best to the dogs in front of us so that their lives can be changed like any other pets.
In expanding our search for adoption leads, we’ve broadened our mission: To bring at-risk dogs across the Pacific to loving stateside families.
Due to limited demand for large-breed dogs in Korea, arranging for local adoption has proven almost impossible. Instead, we seek to bring these persecuted dogs to the United States where dogs have a higher chance for adoption and survival.
