Ollie recently celebrated his very first Christmas, spreading joy, cheer, and plenty of puppy smiles along the way. Currently weighing under 10 pounds, he has a bright, inquisitive personality packed into a petite frame. With his silky black coat, soft curly ears, and expressive eyes, Ollie is undeniably adorable—but it’s his affectionate, people-loving nature that truly steals hearts.
Ollie is smart, playful, and curious, always eager to explore his surroundings or engage in a fun game (his current favorite is hide-the-ball-in-a-shoe!). He is confident and alert, yet sweet and approachable. Ollie does well with other dogs and, thanks to his gentle and adaptable temperament, should do well in a home with children.
He is already crate-habituated and is making great progress with his potty habits. Ollie is also quickly learning basic commands like sit and come, showing just how intelligent and eager to please he is. He will thrive in a home that offers consistent structure, positive reinforcement, and interactive toys, along with an adopter who enjoys engaging with a bright, spirited puppy.
Ollie especially loves spending time exploring outdoors and would thrive in a home with a yard or outdoor space where he can continue to grow, learn, and enjoy being a puppy. If you’re looking for a loving, joyful companion with brains, charm, and a whole lot of heart, Ollie may be the perfect match for you and your family.
To set up a meet and greet or inquire about a dog, please first fill out an application at https://savinghoperescue.org/adopt. It doesn`t obligate you, but it is the first step. We don`t get to all of the inquiries but respond to all applications. Thank you for choosing to rescue!
