My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Meet Edward Hopper!

Edward Hopper is an 8-month-old shepherd mix puppy with a bright spirit and a confident, curious personality. Found wandering the streets of Arlington, this handsome boy is ready to leave his street days behind and step into a forever home of his own. Unlike his famous namesake’s quiet scenes, Edward brings energy, joy, and a whole lot of puppy fun wherever he goes.

Edward is dog-friendly and people-friendly, making friends wherever he lands. He loves playtime and is always up for a good game of fetch or a toy-tossing session. Toys are one of his favorite things, and he’s happiest when he has something to chase, carry, or proudly show off.

The best thing about Edward Hopper?
His confidence and happy attitude. He’s the most self-assured of his siblings and isn’t afraid to explore, try new things, or be the first to jump into a game.

What will his forever family love most?
His playful puppy energy paired with his friendly nature. Edward is the kind of dog who will keep you smiling—whether he’s zooming around the yard, mastering fetch, or soaking up attention from his favorite humans.

The not-so-perfect (but important) part:
Edward is still a puppy, which means he’s learning! He’ll need continued training, structure, and patience as he grows into his best self. With his confidence and eagerness to engage, he’s likely to be a fast learner.

Good to know:
Edward Hopper will thrive in an active home that enjoys playtime, training, and watching a puppy grow. With guidance, love, and plenty of toys, he’s going to make an amazing lifelong companion.
